A common fault I deal with a lot is engines misfire and running rough concerns. Today it was a Holden Cruze in Nerang. The complaint was running rough and lacking power. I found this engine to running on 3 cylinders not 4, this was quickly diagnosed with the scan tool. Replacement of the coil pack was needed. The coil pack
The Toyota landcrusier with a 1HZ engine can be a reliable workhorse. But they do not like being over heated. Great change to get a classic to work on today. Holden WB Kingswood ute. This well looked after example is running a 253 V8 for now.. With a stroker 355 being built for an upgrade. Today was just a simple tune to ensure it was running well until the new driveline was ready for the big swap.

Once stripped down the balance shaft timing belt was found completed stripped of teeth! You can see in the pictures the stripped belt up against the new belt. Very lucky it
